Experience our current exhibitions through the eyes of a curator! Tour When Modern Was Contemporary: Selections from the Roy R. Neuberger Collection with Deputy Director and Chief Curator Roger Ward as your guide.
In addition to providing historical and social context for the long life and times of Mr. Neuberger (he died in 2010 at age 107) and the development of the New York City art scene over the course of the 20th century, Dr. Ward shares information about the many artists who created the stunning works of art in this spectacular exhibition. From O’Keeffe to Pollock, from Max Weber to Willem de Kooning, there’s more to learn than you ever thought possible!
This program is presented in conjunction with When Modern Was Contemporary: Selections from the Roy R. Neuberger Collection.
